I have literally hundreds of invitations that I should be blogging about and when trying to pick a starting point decided to post Kiley's fabulous custom damask 2-page Passport invitation since her wedding is this weekend...

Custom Japanese Cane Folder Invitations

These invitations feature a custom handmade tri-fold booklet of Japanese Cane paper, lined with a gorgeous shimmer beachy floral design. The center invitation is layered in the bride's colors of red and aqua and the custom RSVP and insert holder on the bottom is embellished with a raffia sash. The invitation is closed with a wrap of metallic and laid cardstock with a layered custom monogram. Custom Shower Invitations - Rhinestones, Ribbon, and Raffia!

I love Nicole's shower invitations. I did her boarding pass save the dates a few months ago, and her sister contacted me to make her shower invitations to match. We did a fun design using raffia and ribbon to evoke an elegant beach feel and accented one of the starfish with a rhinestone. The invitation is printed on white shimmer cardstock and mounted on a gorgeous sand shimmer stock.

This invitation can be completely customized with nearly any color starfish, ribbon and paper and not only is a fabulous shower invitation, but also is a great save the date or formal destination wedding invitation.

Well, it's happened again... I have the best intentions, but reality gets the better of me. I haven't blogged in 6 months- yikes! But, it's for good reason: I'm just that busy. Thanks to all my great customers over the last year Sproullie Designs continues to grow and expand. I launched my new website two months ago and the response has been overwhelming. I could never possibly blog all the great invitations and stationery I've worked on over the last several months, but I will try to "backblog" a few things over the next couple weeks.

Shannon & Michael's Custom Pocketfold Invitations

Shannon's invitations are soooo pretty. This is another current fave... I made these a few months ago, but am just now getting around to blogging them. For her invitations we used a light blue pocketfold with a light green metallic accent. Her subtle coral graphics and custom monogram bellyband with raffia really set the tone for her elegant beach wedding.

OK, every once in a while an invitation comes along that I fall in love with. This is one of them. These invitations are just sooooo gorgeous in person- they feature a khaki canvas pocketfold with a chocolate canvas and custom monogram bellyband with raffia accents. The main invitation matt and the background for the monogram on the bellyband are made of Japanese Cane or Basho Paper. I absolutely love this paper!
